Environmental Awareness Training with EU Myan Ku project
Proper waste management practices at factories and industry are crucial for the nation and personal waste management. Poorly treated waste can destroy the beauty of nature and bring harm to our resources. Incorporation with Prevent Plastics sister project, EU Myan Ku fund, provided a series of Waste Reduction and Environmental Awareness Trainings to over three hundred workers from garment sectors. The primary purpose of the training is to raise awareness about environmental issues and how an individual can take part to address the problem and create a better and more sustainable future. After every training, participants take part in a zero plastic challenge to practice and adopt a sustainable living style.
