Youth for Environmental Action and Hope (YEAH) programme grouping like-minded and goal-oriented youth have formed groups of four to five members each and are now ready to embark on their own projects. On July 25th, YEAH delegates pitched their group projects at SheCreates. Mr Carl Frosio and Ms Evgenia Faraza from the European Union Delegation in Myanmar, Mr Kyaw Myat Soe Thant from Impact Hub Yangon, and Mr Friedor Jeske from Myanmar heard and discussed the project ideas. These experts provided valuable feedback and advice on the delegates’ ideas.
Youth for Environmental Action & Hope programme is implemented by EU SWITCH Asia grant programme Prevent Plastics and its Partner Thant Myanmar. Thanks to Impact Hub Yangon, the Supporting Partner of the YEAH Programme, SheCreates provided a beautiful and serene venue for the project pitches. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the mentors and supporters who contributed to the project pitch and to the YEAH delegates who presented their ideas so effectively. Now, each group is set to start their projects, taking the first steps towards benefiting the environment and their communities and paving a path toward their sustainable journey.
