Circulate – Trade, Sell, and Buy” at Kokkoya Organics

On Sunday, July 23rd, Prevent Plastics+ successfully hosted the “Circulate: Trade, Sell, and Buy” event at Kokkoya Organics, bringing together community members with a shared commitment to sustainability and mindful consumption.

The event was designed to address a common challenge: the accumulation of unused household items that often end up discarded, contributing to environmental harm. By creating a space for trading, selling, and buying pre-loved items, the initiative encouraged participants to extend the lifecycle of everyday goods and reduce waste.

Event Highlights:

• Thrift Sell: Participants registered to sell items they no longer needed, ranging from clothing and accessories to household tools and books.
• Trade Corner: Attendees brought items to exchange with others, fostering a spirit of collaboration and resourcefulness.
